José Grateraux CEO Havas Puerto Rico

José Grateraux leads Havas Puerto Rico. In his role as CEO, he focuses on searching innovative and unconventional solutions that generate added value for the brands he works with. José is tasked with leading the Puerto Rico office towards consolidating a common vision, growing its strategic capabilities focused on results and strengthening client relations.

In his work, José fosters the analysis of industry trends and changes that help keep clients one step ahead of the competition in terms of strategy development.

Prior to Havas Puerto Rico, José comes from a career of over 15 years in publishing and advertising, having led one of the most successful advertising agencies in the Dominican Republic. Spearheading brand management, media placement and communications for numerous brands in the telecommunications, banking, insurance, beverage and consumer products industries.

José holds a BA in Marketing and Master’s of Business Administration from the University Francisco de Vitoria in Spain. He is member of Entrepreneur Organization (EO), a global non-profit organization, whose mission is to engage leading entrepreneurs to learn and grow. Described as a person with remarkable business acumen, José is involved with various start-ups in the Dominican Republic.

José loves spending time with his wife and three children, golfing and running. He is on route to running his third marathon.

It has been a turnaround for an experienced auditor who worked in local and international accounting firms to a constant change and evolution of an Advertising agency environment in all stages of the Company and process implementation

Rewarding experience of being part of a developed company, responsible for the administrative, financial and risk management operations. Dealing with the company future direction, develop financial strategy, monitoring financial performance by a closer eye on the budget to evaluate trends and measurements are the day to day job for Elba.

Hands on with all personnel to integrate the company as ONE. Disciplinary to accomplish her demanding responsibility with Headquarter.

Elba graduated from the University of Puerto Rico, Río Piedras campus with a bachelor’s degree in business administration with a Major in Accounting. She is a CPA (not in practice).

A seasoned professional with extensive hands-on media experience in ad agency media departments, consistently overseeing key client roster and participating in new business pitches and presentations.

As VP Media Director, Lynette supervises the development and implementation of strategic communications initiatives that incorporate offline and online channels connecting with consumers across the full ecosystem of Owned, Shared, Earned and Paid media (OSEP).

With an in-depth understanding of media planning, negotiation, implementation and performance analysis, Lynette’s problem-solving skills allow for timesaving and innovative solutions for both agency and client needs.

Lynette graduated from the Newhouse School of Public Communications in Syracuse University, specializing in Business Administration.

A University of Florida alumnus, Giselle has worked on digital and traditional advertising campaigns to develop the image of businesses and brands such as Nissan, Taco Maker, Welch’s, Tropicana, Pepsi, BBVA, Reckitt Benckiser and The Red Cross.

Giselle is highly respected in the industry for her decades-long career. She’s led regional creative efforts for Pizza Hut, Mars and Pepsi. Furthermore, her work has been recognized in local festivals like Cúspide, and international ones such as New York Festivals, the American Advertising Awards, among others.

Throughout her advertising career, Laura has managed and implemented several digital campaign strategies such as mobilewebsites, banner ads campaigns, responsive websites and virtual reality platforms. She has also developed strategies and coordinated advertising for BTL & ATL campaigns for Nissan, Total, Grupo Familia, Cerveza Presidente, Eli Lilly, Lloyds Bank, Taco Maker, among others.

In her decade-plus career, Laura also worked as Brand Manager for consumer-packaged goods brands, developing and executing marketing plans for over 100 different products.

Laura holds an MBA from the University of Puerto Rico and a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing from the University of Massachusetts, Amherst.
